Lobbying the euro institutions

Based in Hongkong, China Messengers not only operates in the economic sphere, deploying its full talent in marketing activities but also intervenes on the institutional scene. Indeed its management is quite active in foundations and non-profit associations as well as in the press and magazines.

 THE TIANJIN EURO STREET

Tianjin hosts a historical district gathering at least 1000 old houses or mansions revealing various styles of the European architecture, among them the French concession. Nine concessions were granted (Italy, Austria Hungary, Russia, Belgium, France, United Kingdom and United States).

After having met the administrations of the city, CHINA MESSENGERS has presented a project of the restoration of a street inside the historical district in which CHINA MESSENGERS retained the idea of creating a Tianjin European Street (street Chifeng dao).

TIanjin EURO STREET Cie will accommodate trade, creators (jewelers, designers, etc), craftsmen (pastry-cook, hairdressers, restorers, etc) and other individual initiatives.

The activities are organized thanks to a TRUST COMPANY offering a common and mutualized organization (administrative authorizations, insurance, goods marketing, delivery, logistics and accountant).

The TRUST COMPANY will be established within the framework of a joint-venture.

This step aims decreasing the risks incurred by each one, the bank deposits, but also at giving all their chances to small companies, little known brands. This initiative is also addressed to simple craftsmen (pastrycook, hairdressers, restorers…). In addition, it relates to all the trades, in particular, those of luxury.
